1 General Provisions and Acceptance of Terms

jita7 (hereinafter referred to as "Platform", "we" or "us") is an online gaming service operated for adult users in Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the jita7 website and all services provided on it.

By accessing our platform, creating an account or using any service, you are considered to have fully read, understood and accepted these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our platform.

jita7 reserves the right to change, revise or update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes automatically means you have accepted the new Terms. The date of the latest update will always be shown at the top of this page.

2 Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

To open an account and use jita7's services, you must be at least 21 years of age. Minors are strictly prohibited from creating accounts or taking part in any gaming activity. If age cannot be verified, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate the account.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each person may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and, if detected, all associated accounts may be terminated and any remaining balances forfeited.

2.3 Registration Information

At the time of registration you must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. Providing false information may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of deposited funds. If you need to update your personal information, please contact customer support.

3 Account Security and Identity Verification

Keeping your account login details (username and password) confidential and secure is entirely your responsibility. You will be held responsible for any activity carried out from your account, unless you can prove that unauthorized access occurred.

Verification of your National ID (NID) or passport and payment method details may be required — especially before significant withdrawals. jita7 reserves the right to conduct KYC (Know Your Customer) verification at any time.

4 Financial Transactions: Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit

The following payment methods are accepted for depositing funds at jita7: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 (for all methods). Deposited funds are credited to your account once the transaction is processed.

4.2 Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Under normal circumstances, a withdrawal takes between 30 minutes and 3 hours to process. If there is a delay in processing your withdrawal request, please contact our customer support team.

• Withdrawals are only possible through a verified account
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit
• Withdrawals may be restricted until any active bonus wagering requirement is met
• jita7 reserves the right to hold a withdrawal if fraud is suspected

4.3 Currency

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). jita7 does not accept any foreign currency or cryptocurrency.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

jita7 offers various bonuses and promotional offers for new and existing members. Each offer has its own specific terms that must be followed.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit — up to a maximum of ৳5,000. The following conditions must be met to receive this bonus:

• The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25x (you must wager 25 times the bonus amount)
• The wagering must be completed within the specified time after the bonus is received
• The account must be fully verified before claiming the bonus
• Each member may receive the welcome bonus only once

5.2 VIP Program

jita7's VIP Program has 4 tiers: Bronze (weekly cashback up to 0.4%), Silver (up to 0.8%), Gold (up to 1.1%) and Platinum (up to 1.5%). Members can move to higher tiers based on activity and participation.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

If bonus abuse, claiming bonuses through multiple accounts, or coordinated betting strategies are detected, jita7 reserves the right to cancel the bonus and suspend the account.

6 Gaming Rules and Fair Play

All games on jita7 are operated using software from our game providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, Ezugi, Microgaming and NetEnt). Each game has its own rules which can be seen in the game interface.

We use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure unbiased and fair outcomes. If a technical error causes an abnormal result in a game, jita7 reserves the right to void that game round.

• Every game result is completely independent and random
• Wins displayed due to a technical error are not valid
• If your internet is disconnected during a game, the session can be resumed and your bet record will remain intact
• Records stored in jita7's system are final and binding

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jita7 platform. Violating these prohibitions may result in immediate account termination and, where applicable, legal action:

• Operating an account on behalf of a minor or using another person's account
• Using the platform for money laundering or to process illegal funds
• Manipulation, hacking, use of bots or automated software
• Exploiting any technical vulnerability with the intent to influence game outcomes
• Abusing bonuses through multiple accounts
• Conducting harmful activities against the platform's infrastructure
• Collecting or misusing other members' personal information

8 Account Suspension and Termination

jita7 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause in these Terms
• Providing false or misleading information
• Fraud or suspicious activity
• Refusal to complete identity verification (KYC)
• Order from a court or regulatory authority

In the event of account termination, any valid balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned; however, if the termination is due to a breach of these Terms, all funds may be forfeited. You may also close your account at any time by contacting us.

9 Limitation of Liability

jita7 is not responsible for:

• Disruption to a game session caused by internet disconnection or technical issues
• Delays or errors caused by third-party payment providers
• Financial losses from gaming — set your own limits before you play
• Unauthorized use of an account due to the user's own negligence
• Unforeseen or unavoidable circumstances (force majeure) that prevent service delivery

jita7 always strives to maintain service quality, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service 24 hours a day. Temporary service interruptions may occur during maintenance or upgrades.

10 Responsible Gaming

jita7 prioritizes responsible gaming. We want our members to enjoy gaming as a source of entertainment, not as a cause of financial problems.

• Set your own betting limits and stick to them
• Only bet what you can afford to lose
• Avoid playing under the influence of alcohol or medication
• Do not treat gaming as a source of income

Game software, interfaces and content are the intellectual property of the respective game providers. Unauthorized use of this content may result in legal action.
